Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products!

If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

Please note: If the hygiene sticker is removed from the product, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@melaninated-underwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order should you choose to make a partial or full return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
